# KIS OKPOS + PLUS DID 연동 자료

## 1. NICE PLUS+ DID 소개

DID는 Digital Information Display의 약자로 디지털 정보를 표시하는 시스템입니다.

* 매장에서 큰 대형 화면을 통해 고객에게 주문 상태와 메뉴 등 다양한 정보를 보여줍니다.
* 호출 시 알림음, 문구 읽기(TTS)로 고객에게 전달합니다.
* 진동벨을 주고 받거나 직원이 직접 서빙할 필요가 없어져서 고객 호출 과정이 최소화 됩니다.
* 이미지나 공지사항을 통해 메뉴 및 이벤트 정보를 효과적으로 보여줄 수 있습니다.

## 2. KIS OKPOS와 PLUS+ DID 연동 방법&#x20;

**윈도우 POS를 메인 POS로 사용 시에는 DID전용 안드로이드 디바이스가 필수로 설치 되어야 합니다.**

1. HDMI/USB-HDMI 선을 이용하여  안드로이드 디바이스와 대형 TV를 연결합니다.
2. 메인 POS와 안드로이드 디바이스는 같은 네트워크 상에 연결되어야 합니다.

## 3. KIS OKPOS와 PLUS+ DID 설정 방법

아래와 같은 순서로 진행하면 됩니다.

### 3.1. KIS OKPOS ASP에 접속

### 3.2. 시스템관리 > 본사/매장마스터 > 매장환경설정 진입

### 3.3. DID를 사용하고자 하는 매장에서 주방프린터 설정으로 진입

### 3.4. 주방프린터 관리 창에서 주방프린터 추가

종류 : A.Plus-DID

DID의 **IP**와 **PORT**를 입력 한 후 사용여부를 "N"으로 설정 합니다.

### 4. 플러스 DID 앱 설정

* 아래의 페이지에서 apk 파일을 다운로드 받습니다. \

* 플러스 DID 앱을 실행하면 자동으로 포스와 연동을 시도합니다. (안드로이드 POS인 경우)\
  환경설정 탭의 포트 번호 옆에 **'정상'** 표시, POS IP 부분에 **'연결'** 표시가  뜨면 정상 연동

* 윈도우 POS인 경우에는 따로 IP/PORT 설정을 해야 합니다.
  * DID PORT를  [3.4.](#id-3.4) ASP에 저장된 PORT로 설정 합니다. \
    (25444로 먼저 시도, 실패 시 포트번호를 다른 값(5자리의 숫자)로 변경 후 확인
  * POS IP는 수동으로 메인 POS의 IP를 입력하여 연결 버튼 클릭 ([3.4](#id-3.4) ASP에서도 변경)

### 5. 연동 확인

1. &#x20;메인 POS에서 주문 진행 시 DID에 준비 중으로 번호가 전달되는지 확인
2. 윈도우 POS 화면에서 픽업호출 페이지에서 픽업 호출 시 준비중인 번호가 준비완료로 전달되는지 확인
